CCTV Surveys

CCTV Surveys are now the preferred method of investigating the structural integrity of drains and sewers new and old. As part of the quality assurance in new drain installations it is a requirement to carry out these surveys to determine the quality of construction and to determine if damage has occurred since installation. With age and drains and sewers can deteriorate as a result of ground movement, poor construction, tree root invasion etc.

JETCAM provide professional CCTV drain surveys and will produce a report of all our findings giving you the details of the exact state or your drains and the type and location of any problems we find. We will also give you a DVD of our findings for your own records. Through our knowledge and experienced gained from our sister drainage company Caulfield Contractors we can advise you how to best deal with any problems we encounter and offer a full range of services to fix or repair these problems.

We can also provide a high pressure jetting service to run in conjunction with the CCTV survey.

JETCAM use a remote controlled 4 wheel drive drain/pipeline color CCTV inspection system. It is designed to be used in pipe diameters from 150mm to in excess of 1 meter. It has a potential surveying range of 250m from point of entry in conjunction with a four wheel drive tractor unit.

The color camera head is fitted with a solid-state high resolution TV module coupled to a 4mm wide angle lens. The camera incorporates intelligent focus and auto electronic iris. The system control unit incorporates a built in DVD recorder and a flat screen monitor. 

All our equipment is operated by certified engineers in sewer condition classification to WTI standards.
